Knockdown efficiency of AccuTargetTM siRNA library

AccuTarget library siRNAs are highly effective to determine knockdown efficiency of library siRNAs, HeLa cells were transfected with siRNAs at 100 nM concentration. Twenty four hours post-transfection, total RNA was isolated and the level of target mRNA was measured by QRT-PCR. This data demonstrates the effectiveness of the Turbo si-Designer algorithm: 83.8% of tested siRNAs induced >70% knockdown and 38.1% of tested siRNAs elicited >90% knockdown.

Efficient knockdown by AccuTarget Validated siRNAs (Cell cycle: 20nM)

AccuTargetTM Validated Human Cell cycle siRNAs are highly effective to determine knockdown efficiency of library siRNAs, HeLa cells were transfected with siRNAs at 20 nM concentration. Twenty four hours post-transfection, total RNA was isolated and the level of target mRNA was measured by QRT-PCR. This data demonstrates the effectiveness of the Turbo si-Designer algorithm.

Choose a library amongst those available (see tables below) or gather as much as possible of the following information: Gene Description, species, Nucleotide Accession, Entrez Gene ID, Symbols/Aliases or Catalog/product ID. You can also submit a sequence so we can search by target gene sequences homology (BLAST)
