Figure 1: Use of LOM-00J001-CR in Flow Cytometry. Different dilutions of MAb 2F3H9 were used (10X: red filled area; 2X thick line) with Recombinant CHO cells expressing PKR1 or with CHO cells expressing an irrelevant recombinant membrane protein (GALV-FMG; 2.5 µg; dotted line) for control. As an additional control the P5-tagged GPCR recombinant cells were used with 2.5 µg of an irrelevant mouse IgG2 (anti GALV-FMG ) ( dashed line).
